I would have to say XsitePro 2 is more user friendly overall. It was designed with Beginner to Intermediate Internet Marketers, Small Business Owners and others with the intent to create web sites quickly and easily. It has a very intuitive user interface and it really lets you customize it without any major programming knowledge.

As seen in pictures 1, 2, and 3 above you can use the page layout button in Xsitepro 2 to customize any area of the page to your liking.

Joomla also allows you to customize your page, but not fully without the use of CSS or HTML (Internet Programming Languages), as seen in pictures 4 & 5.
